Random Personality Test on Facebook

Am kind of bored at home on a friday. Decided to do random test on Facebook, yup thats how bored i am.

So here's my personality test result:

"Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting; someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not one to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding; someone who'll always cheer them up and help them out."

Since this is what others view me as, drop your comments and let me know if its true :)

Extinction of headphones

I have noticed a trend that teenagers love to blast music from their hand phones in public places. What happen to social responsibility and awareness?

Not everyone share the same taste in music and don't force me to listen to RnB when i'm in the mood for jazz. Its certainly not cool to showcase your music collection while irritating others.
Oh and don't sing along when you are bathroom singer, it makes things worst.

It seems as if headphones are extinct!

Well people during my time listen to music via headphones, just in case you have no idea how it looks like...
Headphones

So the next time you decide to blast your music in the public, think twice as its actually a negative externality. Or you can consider investing in a headphone :)

"How to do it" Series_Part 1

I've decided to start a "How to do it" Series. Well the inspiration behind this is to add value to readers of my blog. So to kick start this series :

How to eat tasty, anti-aging snack

Nuts and seeds

Nuts in general are very nutritious, providing protein and many essential vitamins, such as A and E, minerals, such as phosphorous and potassium, and fibre. Nuts are also high in carbohydrate and oils, so shouldn't be eaten in excess. My personal favourite would be almonds :)

Apples
There is a certain amount of truth to "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Apples do lower cholesterol level and lower risk of cancer. All this goodness packed in a little package. How wonderful! Pick up an apple now!

Avocado
It is a rich source of vitamin E and a good source of potassium, with useful amounts of vitamin B6, and lutein. It also supplies vitamin C, riboflavin and manganese. Thus it helps to control blood pressure and maintain a regular heartbeat and a healthy nervous system.

Apricot
They are a good source of beta carotene, the plant form of vitamin A. Thus helps to prevent degenerative illnesses such as cancer and heart disease. I guess we are more familiar with the dried version than fresh ones. Dried apricots have higher calories but its a convenient source of nutrients. They even formed part of the diet of American astronauts during some of their space flights. Fruits that went into space!

Feed your flu

By all means, feed your flu. You need vitamins and minerals to mount an effective defense against the flu bug

Well there is a saying "Feed your flu, starve a fever". I'm down with a flu and trust me I've been feeding it really well. I'm having a craving every other hour! Yikes, which means I have to exercise even more.

List of food consume today
  1. Peanut butter sandwich
  2. Mashed potatoes
  3. Orange
  4. Instant noodles
  5. Sardine

Am watching Jack Neo's first english drama series "Happily Ever After". Got me thinking about what kind of wife I would be in the future. A stay at home housewife who calls and check on her husband every now and then or an independent career woman who works till late in the night? Would I prefer my husband to be a successful business man who has no time for the family or would I prefer my husband to be a white collar worker and not able to climb up the ladder? Well the above are extremes and your choice would not be the same as mine. We all have different expectation and would only be satisified when they are met. However we should not never neglect the things and people who really matters.

Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal
Matthew 6:19

Its eating me slowly

I'm sick... oh yes i am sick. Doctor May doesnt seem to be able to cure me, think its time to consult a real doctor. The flu and cough is eating me slowly but surely. Guess sleep is all i need, but i cant get myself off the computer and onto my bed. My brain doesnt wanna take a break for the weirdest reason.
